Apple Blast

A filling combination packed full of nutrients
designed to cleanse and flush out your system.  Apples contain pectin which is reported to reduce 'bad cholesterol' by eliminating it from the intestinal tract.  Presence of Boron may promote mental clarity.  Avocados are fully of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) which are said to reduce cholesterol and maintain a healthy heart.  Other potential benefits are reducing inflammation in the body, boosting the immune system, reducing symptoms of anaemia by aiding the absorption of iron and improving the health of your eyes.

Beetroot Bounty

The vibrant red colour of raw beetroot adds a certain sophistication to this juice.  Whilst having the reputation of being one of the heathiest vegetables around, beetroot is useful for increasing muscular performance and provides support to the liver by aiding the removal of toxins from the body.  Carrots provide one of the best sources of Vitamin A you will find which may help fight certain cancers and improve the health of your eyes.  This juice also contains a healthy dose of folate which may help prevent fatigue and depression.  Iron, magnesium and potassium are said to promote healthy blood pressure, whilst Vitamin C boosts immunity and helps iron absorption.  A good amount of soluble fibre may help lower cholesterol and prevent constipation.  Bromelain in the pineapple is said to be helpful in dissolving mucus, beneficial to those who suffer from asthma and hay fever. Pineapple Glory

Radiant Red

Greentastic

The Green Dream

"Eat your greens" or we would say juice your greens! This juice contains both spinach and celery which have high quantities of folate in them. The human body cannot naturally produce folate which is required to generate strong healthy red blood cells and thus avoid anaemic symptoms such as tiredness and shortness of breath. Cucumber, celery and spinach are all low in calories. The greens also contain a healthy amount of potassium and calcium which are good for lowering blood pressure. In addition to bringing a unique flavour, the ginger may also reduce the discomfort of heartburn and reduce inflammation in the body.  Wheatgrass is referred to as condensed solar energy, with the chlorophyll being almost identical to the composition of human blood.

Simply Carrot

Carrots are one of the best known plant based sources of Vitamin A, one of natures star performers.  Vitamin A plays a vital role in good vision, healthy skin, boosts the immune system and aids in the manufacture of blood cells which may promote cardiovascular health and reduce cholesterol levels.  Beta-carotene which the body can turn into Vitamin A, is  found in carrots and is thought to have cancer prevention properties.  It is believed that beta-carotene can break down the mucus membrane around cancer cells, helping to destroy them.
Carrots have a great supply of dietary fibre to help with digestive health and cleansing the liver.  Raw carrot juice provides a good level of iron which is more readily absorbed into the body, to a degree unusual for a vegetable.  Raw carrot juice is also thought to promote healthy adrenal function.  The nutritional combination of carrot juice and ginger nourishes the entire system, helping to normalize weight and its chemical balance.
